Our project reviews and audits give owners, strata committees, developers and other stakeholders clear, practical oversight throughout planning and construction. We look closely at how the project is being planned, procured, designed and delivered so it stays on programme and within budget, and so emerging risks are spotted before they become bigger problems.

That means reviewing the scope of works, site constraints, compliance requirements, budget performance, construction methodology, staging, progress on site, and how well consultants and contractors are performing.

What sets us apart is that our reviews are grounded in real construction delivery experience. We don’t just look at a project in isolation or from a pure technical or cost angle. We consider how the works are actually being run on site, the risks that typically show up during investigation, design, tendering, construction and certification, and what those issues mean in practice for programme, cost and compliance.

At this stage we help clients clarify priorities, understand the financial and programme risks that are starting to appear, work out the most effective corrective actions, and make clear decisions about scope changes, budget reallocations, programme recovery and consultant performance.

When needed, we bring in engineers, certifiers, builders, quantity surveyors and other specialists so the findings are properly tested. Our job is to bring structure, clarity and commercial discipline to the process, protecting the client’s interests at every stage and steering the project toward a practical, compliant and sustainable outcome.
