Alongside this, we plan, coordinate and oversee a structured, thorough handover process that ensures the completed asset is transferred cleanly and completely into your ownership. This includes verifying commissioning records, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, training for your teams, keys and access arrangements, residual defects schedules, and all supporting documentation required for smooth ongoing operation and maintenance. We facilitate final inspections and the formal handover certification, giving you clear visibility and control at every stage.

In practical terms, nothing is signed off as complete until the issues that matter to you have been properly resolved or formally accepted, and you receive everything necessary to own, operate and maintain the asset with confidence, free from unfinished business, missing information or unexpected liabilities.
