We are a locally owned consultancy proud to serve Newcastle and the Hunter Region. Our leadership brings over 20 years of industry experience, delivering projects in construction, infrastructure, and development. We established Impact to bring a more hands-on, client-focused approach to project delivery – one where clients work directly with the people who have the expertise to drive projects forward. As Project Director, Anthony provides senior leadership across project strategy, feasibility, funding pathways, planning, methodology, procurement, delivery and completion. He has a strong focus on buildability, construction sequencing, risk management and project coordination. Anthony’s site-based experience gives him a practical understanding of how projects are planned, funded, procured and delivered in real-world conditions.
