Successful projects are shaped well before design documentation begins. Our front-end planning and feasibility services provide clients with clear, practical, and commercially grounded advice at the earliest stage of a project.

We work with owners, developers, financiers, strata committees and project stakeholders to test a project’s viability before significant time and capital are committed. This includes reviewing the proposed scope, site constraints, planning pathway, approval risks, budget expectations, construction methodology, staging requirements and likely delivery programme.

Our point of difference is that our feasibility advice is informed by real construction delivery experience. We do not assess projects in isolation or simply from a planning or cost perspective. We consider how the project will be procured, built, administered and completed, including the risks that commonly arise during design, tendering, construction and occupation certificate closeout.

At this stage, we help clients identify the right project pathway, clarify priorities, understand risk, and make informed decisions about budget, scope, programme and consultant engagement. Where required, we can coordinate early input from planners, architects, engineers, certifiers, builders, quantity surveyors and specialist consultants to ensure the advice is robust and properly tested.
